We pick projects that rely on solving hard problems. Our Ethics Review process ensures that MistyWest only takes on projects that have true potential for positive impact.

In an effort to help foster a safe and inclusive workplace where we can all thrive, in 2019 we created the MistyWest Code of Conduct. It establishes a set of foundational ground rules for behaviours expected of all Westies, as well as our clients, partners and vendors.
